I am happy to hear that both your Son's are safe!!

Nothing like parents that love their kids so much either :)
We parents will always have that feeling of apprehension over our kids - no matter how far away they are. I am glad both boys have reported in.
"Stuffed" is such a descriptive word - I love it but don't use it nearly enough.

A guy out of our office flew home for his mother's birthday this w/end. He left DC on Wednesday - gets to Melbourne Friday, mother's birthday Saturday, leaves Melbourne Monday and gets back to DC Monday night. Now that boy is going to be stuffed!!!!!!! (he has the advantage of only being 23 though).
...there's always that little bit of apprehension when he leaves. That's life, I know. He has to flutter those tiny wings without over protective parents looking over his shoulder. Some things are just so precious though, aren't they.

Beautifully put. :) It's endearing when children don't understand why parents have such concern for their welfare. They understand when they have their own though. ;) Full circle.
it's so true... i never understood why my parents worried like they did until i had mia... now EVERYTHING freaks me out! hehe.

glad both your boys are safe, snowy. :)
I don't think we ever let go of our kids. We are always glad to get the news that they have arrived safely.
