Labels

I'm getting rather tired of labels. We hear them every day. We're liberals, conservatives, libertarians, white, black, latino, asian, aboriginal, Protestant, Catholic, Moslem, gay, straight, or whatever. Essentially, we're none of those things. We're humans, first and foremost, on a tiny planet in a mind boggling universe. No, I don't understand it all. Neither do you. Now, can we just get on with living?

now thats exactly what Jane Goodall was saying in her Enough Rope interview - how we have this need to label everything and it stops you from seeing things as individual things and that everyone should just shut up for a while and go sit in the bloody jungle
